Aston Martin engineer plotting retaliation against Lance Stroll after being pushed in rage

Ted Kravitz has stated that Aston Martin trainer Henry Howe will exact’revenge’ on Lance Stroll after being bumped by the driver in Qatar. Stroll was enraged following a dreadful qualifying session for the Qatar Grand Prix.

The Formula One driver crashed out of Q1 at Lusail and was plainly disappointed with his performance. When he returned to Aston Martin’s garage, though, tensions looked to flare.

Stroll pushed by Howe on his way to the garage’s exit door. Howe then followed the driver, to which Stroll reacted negatively and pushed the employee even more.

According to Sky Sports reporter Kravitz, the Canadian has subsequently apologized to Howe. Stroll has reportedly confirmed that Howe will exact his’revenge’ with a punishing training session.

“I have a little more for you on Lance Stroll pushing his trainer Henry.” So he apologized. It was obviously not a cool thing to do. Lance has admitted as much,” Kravitz remarked on Sky Sports.

“Henry was trying to get him to walk out the front of the garage to do the walk of shame down to the FIA weighbridge, and that’s why Lance, all full of emotion and adrenaline, disappointed in himself, Lance is his own harshest critic, was really annoyed that he hadn’t performed himself and pushed away his trainer Henry in a moment.”

“He says he’s apologized to Henry, but he says they’re like brothers, and Henry is going to get even with Lance when he next puts him through one of his training sessions.” And that Lance is certain Henry would exact his revenge on the push, which did not go well for Lance Stroll, although Lance has apologized to Henry.

“So he said they’ve all moved on, and you can understand that even though it wasn’t a cool look, that when they’re as close as they are, as a driver is to his trainer at all times, that these things can happen in the heat of the moment.”

“So yeah, don’t beat up Lance Stroll too much, because he’s beating himself up even more.”

After a difficult few days, Stroll will start Sunday’s race in 17th place. It comes after Max Verstappen won his third World Championship in a row in Qatar on Saturday.
