F1 icon Lewis Hamilton’s heart breaks as he drop an emotional comments on victims in Israel Palestine save the children

Lewis Hamilton, the seven-time Formula One world champion, called for an end to the fighting in Gaza on Friday, saying his “heart breaks for the innocent lives lost.”

“My heart breaks for the innocent lives lost in Israel and Palestine, and for all the lives that have been forever changed,” Hamilton stated on the Meta-owned Instagram platform.

The magnitude of the continuous suffering and death is genuinely tragic, and there is no excuse for the intentional targeting of innocent people, particularly children. “We will not accept it,” the 38-year-old declared.

“We need to band together now more than ever.” With so much pain and loss, we must utilize our collective strength to put pressure on our leaders to do all possible to put an end to this. We must not give up until every child in the region is protected.”

Hamilton, who last won the Formula One championship in 2020, posted many links to his Instagram story, including a request for donations from the Red Cross.

Gaza has been under Israeli bombing and blockade since October 7, when Hamas launched Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, a multi-pronged surprise onslaught that comprised a barrage of missile launches and infiltrations into Israel by land, sea, and air. The incursion was believed to be in retribution for the takeover of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the increasing violence by Israeli settlers.

The Israeli military then started Operation Swords of Iron against Hamas sites in Gaza, as well as increased raids and arrests throughout the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli siege has deprived Gaza’s 2.3 million population of food, water, fuel, and medical supplies.

At least 4,137 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Palestinian enclave, while the tally in Israel exceeds 1,400.
