Nottingham Forest is looking forward to’resolve final details’ for a signing; the Premier League club has a ‘agreement in place’ with the player.

Fluminense’s Nino stated on November 6th that he is aware of Nottingham Forest’s desire to sign him and that the transfer is still being negotiated.

TNT Sports reported last Friday that the defender’s transfer to the Premier League club is no longer certain due to interest from other clubs in England, Russia, and Spain.

According to a new report from iG Esporte, several European clubs have inquired about the 26-year-old in recent days, with Nottingham Forest being the only English club to do so.

According to reports, the Tricky Trees are looking to’resolve the final details’ in order to finalize the deal for the centre-back. This is most likely with the Brazilian club, as Steve Cooper’s team has a ‘agreement in place’ with Nino.
The financial and contractual details are’still being debated’ between the parties involved in the operation, according to the outlet.

According to iG Esporte, the figures are confidential, and if a sale occurs, the Copa Libertadores champions will receive 60% of the fee, with Nino’s former club, Cricima, receiving the remaining 40%.

Fluminense president Mário Bittencourt stated earlier this month that he remains hopeful the player will change his mind, despite Nino’s desire to move to Europe, and that following the Copa Libertadores victory, both player and club may have pushed Nottingham Forest for a little more money.
