Shocking news: Crystal Palace fans have shared emotional tears in the passing away of the Palace manager

Oliver Glasner, Crystal Palace’s next manager, is expected to implement an attacking style.

Glasner’s debut game as Crystal Palace manager will be on Saturday against Burnley at Selhurst Park. He takes over from Roy Hodgson with the club in 15th place in the Premier League, five points above of Luton Town in the relegation zone.

The Austrian has promised fans an entertaining brand of football, with aggressive play encouraged under his coaching style.
“My concept is very easy: it’s scoring goals because that’s why, as I tell the players very often, we all started playing football,” Glasner told Palace TV. ” “When he was a kid, no one walked on the pitch to defend him!

“Everyone wants to have the ball, score a goal, and celebrate with his buddies, which is why we all began playing football.

“I believe we should never forget this because that is what the fans expect to see: that we battle and play together to score a goal. This is the headline regarding football philosophy. Then, of course, there’s how we defend: sometimes a high press, sometimes a low block – but [overall], it’s all about scoring goals.”

Elements of Glasner’s flair were visible during Crystal Palace’s 1-1 draw with Everton on Monday. While the 49-year-old had had little direct impact on the team, the transition to a 3-4-3 indicates the direction the Eagles are headed under his leadership.

He will be without intriguing stars Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise, so his attacking football may have to wait a bit longer to be fully effective.

Glasner’s stints in command of VfL Wolfsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga will undoubtedly provide insight into his coaching abilities, particularly as he won the Europa League with the latter in 2022.
