Maxx Crosby Reveals 1 Team He’d Play for if Not for Raiders as he makes transfer claim

Defensive end Maxx Crosby has established himself as the face of the Las Vegas Raiders, expressing a desire to spend his entire career with the franchise. However, there is one team he would consider if the Raiders were no longer an option for him.

Crosby was born in Michigan and went on to play collegiate football at Eastern Michigan. If he couldn’t play in Las Vegas, he would prefer to return to his local team.

“The Lions,” Crosby responded when asked which other team he’d like to play for on the March 15 episode of “The Rush.”

Crosby has been vocal about growing up as a Detroit Lions fan, and the team is coming off its greatest season since 1991. Dan Campbell, like Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce, is a former player who continues to be a player-friendly coach. Fortunately for the Raiders, Crosby is under contract until 2026 and has no plans to leave Las Vegas. It’s difficult to envision him playing anywhere else, especially his hometown Lions.

Though Maxx Crosby has publicly expressed his admiration for the Lions, Raiders supporters need not be afraid. This is something he has been open about for a time. Even throughout the season, he told Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell about his enthusiasm for the team.

Crosby informed Sewell before the Raiders’ Week 8 battle against the Lions that he grew up in Michigan and attended Eastern Michigan, therefore he was a Lions fan.
