ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter disclosed another option for Arizona on Tuesday evening, stating that Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham spoke with the Cardinals.

“Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham visited today with the Cardinals,” a statement from Schefter stated.

Latham spent three seasons (2021-23) with the Crimson Tide. In 41 games, the Wisconsin native was slotted at right tackle but could also play guard on the offensive line.

Multiple mock drafts predict that the 21-year-old will be selected in the mid to late first round.

If Arizona selects Latham, taking a tackle in the first round will become a repeating theme.

Last year, Cardinals OT Paris Johnson was selected sixth overall, the team’s highest pick in the 2023 draft.

This summer, Arizona added Jonah Williams in free agency and released veteran D.J. Humphries.

Despite suggestions that the Cardinals are considering trading down in the first round, they currently have the fourth and 27th picks. Arizona has six picks in the first three rounds and 11 overall.
