Tyreek Hill Sends Message to Patrick Mahomes After Miami Visit

Over the weekend, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were in Miami for the F1 Miami Grand Prix. They spent some time at the Dolphins’ home field, Hard Rock Stadium, where Mahomes paused to launch a stunning pass to the upper deck.

While his accuracy and cannon arm were on full display, former Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill joked about his former quarterback on social media.

Hill is accustomed to making jokes on the internet, so he didn’t pass up the chance to make jokes on Twitter.

The video is stunning in and of itself. Mahomes uncorks a bullet into the 200 sector after he slightly undoes his shirt. The three-time Super Bowl MVP was then told by Hill to “don’t be throwing ducks in our stadium,” with an emoji that made it obvious that the statement was a jest because nobody in his right mind would refer to that as a duck.

Hill has developed into one of the NFL’s most productive receivers since leaving the Chiefs. Though he was already regarded as one of the finest in the game, he has now exceeded 1,700 yards in two consecutive seasons—an accomplishment he never made in Kansas City.

But I don’t think the Chiefs are very disappointed with his accomplishment. They have won back-to-back Super Bowls, mostly because of the players they selected with the money they received from the transaction.

In the end, everything worked out well for both sides. Nevertheless, I suppose Hill is a little miffed at Kansas City’s ongoing success. In the 2023 playoffs, the Chiefs defeated the Dolphins in the AFC Wild Card round. You can bet that the former teammates would trade some amicable jabs if the teams play each other again in the postseason.
