Florida State’s top target has locked in a decision date.

A decision has been made by one of Florida State’s top targets in the 2025 class.

Jesup, Georgia Tavion Wallace, a four-star linebacker from Wayne County, declared today that he will pledge to his preferred school on July 15.

He will select among Florida State, Florida, Georgia, LSU, or Arkansas, to name his five schools.

Wallace is scheduled to make official visits to Florida (June 14–16), Georgia (June 7-9), Florida State (June 21–23), and Arkansas (May 31– June 2).

Wallace explained why the ‘Noles are still ahead for him, saying, “Really because the consistency with the coaches and it’s love everytime I go there.”

The Wayne County, Georgia, native regularly communicates with special teams assistant Carter Barfield, linebackers coach Randy Shannon, and head coach Mike Norvell.

“Yeah, for real, every day or every other day. They proceed rather well. There are moments when it’s just about life and checking up on me, not always about football.”
