Vikings GM respond to NFL’s statement regarding the case issued against him of bribery

EAGAN, Minnesota – The Vikings are bolstering their receiving and defensive line units.

The organization announced on Thursday that defensive lineman Jerry Tillery, a free agent, and receiver Trent Sherfield Sr. have reached an agreement.

Last season, Tillery was a member of the Raiders, starting six games and playing in all 17. 31 tackles, 2.0 sacks, two tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery were all part of his total.

Tillery, who was selected by the Chargers with the 28th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, played his first three plus seasons in Los Angeles, starting 29 of 54 games. Midway through the 2022 season, the Chargers decided to waive Tillery, and the Raiders grabbed him off waivers before Week 11.
