Shocking News: Luka Doncic Sends A Clear Message After Been Dismissed For….

The Dallas Mavericks knew the job wasn’t finished yet, but they couldn’t seal the deal in four games.

Following their win in Game 3, Luka Doncic claimed that there was nothing to celebrate yet because the job wasn’t finished.

Now, with the series heading back to Minnesota for Game 5, the Slovenian guard feels the same way.

When asked about his mindset for the following game, Doncic claimed that there wasn’t a different mindset because they always knew they had to win four games to advance (via ClutchPoints).

It’s as simple as that.

Granted, no team has ever come back from a 0-3 deficit, and the chances of the Timberwolves doing so are quite slim.

However, they’re not zero, and there’s always history in the making in the National Basketball Association.

We saw the Boston Celtics almost pulling that off last season in the Eastern Conference Finals vs. the Miami Heat, and the Mavericks definitely don’t want to be on the wrong side of history.

More than that, even if the Mavs end up winning this series as they should, they cannot afford for it to go any further.

The Boston Celtics will already have plenty more rest than them from their road to the NBA Finals.

That cannot be overlooked at this point in the season, not to mention the fact that all games come with injury risks.

It’s now or never for Jason Kidd’s team, and they know it.
