Kyrie Irving Makes An Unusual Business Move As He Display….

But Kyrie Irving isn’t your typical NBA player.

For better or worse, the Dallas Mavericks player has long been renowned for his unconventional thinking and refusal to follow the crowd.

That was once more evident in his most recent business decision.

The gifted point guard just inked his father, Drederick Irving, to a signature deal, breaking an intriguing barrier in the signature sneaker business, according to a report by Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Drederick, who used to play basketball as well, will become the first parent to have his son sign him to a sneaker endorsement deal.

As a result of the issue during his time with the Brooklyn Nets, Irving broke away from Nike.

Rather, he signed with the Chinese company ANTA.

His father will now have his own shoe, joining the ANTA KAI 1, which he previously introduced and which resembles his Nike sneakers quite a bit.

This is an extraordinary and incredibly touching gesture from someone who has always prioritized family.

Irving recently advanced to the NBA Finals once more, this time with the Mavericks.

Although the Boston Celtics are the clear favorites to win the Larry O’Brien trophy and record-tying 18th title in the league, they will have to contend with the greatest threat during the postseason in the form of Irving and Luka Doncic.
