Charlie Woods makes emotional statement as he reveals what…..

Tiger Woods’ 15-year-old son Charlie Woods led his qualifying round on Wednesday with a score of one-under, earning him a spot in his first-ever USGA tournament.

Woods will participate in the US Junior Amateur at Oakland Hills next month as a result of his victory.

A seat in the US Open, which is scheduled to take place at Oakmont Country Club in 2025, will also be awarded to the winner of the US Junior Amateur.

With a one-under 71 at Eagle Trace Golf Club, Woods defeated a field of 75 players.

Fortunately, a run of three birdies in four holes on the back nine steadied the ship and were sufficient to earn the victory after his round started poorly with bogeys on the third and tenth holes.

Following the round, Woods spoke with media and stated:

“I played poorly on my first two holes, but I played really well over the final sixteen.” I simply told myself to stop making bogeys or doubles, and I made the most of my opportunities to get some great birdie looks.

Woods will now have to compete against a field of 264 players at Oakland Hills after being spotted at Pinehurst No. 2 for the US Open assisting his father in getting ready for the range.
