Breaking: Rapper Cam’Ron makes feeling clear as he issues a shocking statement about Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese

Rapper Cam’Ron said he’s prepared to pay WNBA rookie Angel Reese’s penalties, however he wants to be certain that she’s single first.

The Chicago Sky star split from her fiancé, FSU basketball player Cam’Ron Fletcher earlier this year, but the Hey Ma hitmaker said he needed to do more ‘due diligence.’

‘Angel Reese has a wonderful image, she wears the one-legged s**t, she has the eyelashes done … people say she’s a cutie pie,’ Cam’Ron said on this week’s episode of his podcast, It Is What It Is.

‘The only reason I haven’t paid her fines is because she’s got a partner,’ he went on.

‘I have a list of female WNBA players that I think are cute that I like and … I pay their fines [but] I’m not paying her fine because she has a partner.’

When Cam’Ron was informed that Reese split from Fletcher in March, he responded, ‘I gotta do more due diligence before because sometimes you break up with somebody and one person is broke up and the other person isn’t.’

He went on, ‘Sometimes people think they’re broken up and they’re not so I’m not paying Angel Reese’s penalties but there’s a host of other females I will.

‘Send me a DM I got you,’ the musician concluded.

Since making her WNBA debut earlier this year, Reese has been slapped with a $1,000 fine for ‘failing to make herself accessible to the media for interviews’ following a game earlier this month.

She has also fielded offers from other males, namely Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball, who offered to cough up $600 after she was fined for two technicals.

‘Ref that cast out @Reese10Angel is weak btw… You know who you are (Keep ya money Angel I got you),’ he wrote on X, to which she replied, ‘appreciate you gang!’ along with a heart and weeping laughing emoji.

The superstar rookie confirmed her breakup back in March after eagle-eyed fans observed she and Fletcher had taken down each other’s pictures from their profiles.

She revealed the news during an Instagram live video on the eve of LSU’s March Madness opener against Rice University.

‘Yeah, I’m unmarried,’ she told her millions of followers.

‘I don’t got no man. Don’t attach me to no male. That’s all I’mma say. That’s it.’

Reese and Fletcher met more than six years ago and grew close during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pair made their relationship public in June 2023 when Reese went on her now-ex’s podcast, however they called it quits less than a year later.
