Simone Biles wasn’t in attendance as the Chicago Bears crushed the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 13 but she still celebrated her husband with a loving message posted online by the artistic gymnast.
Biles enjoyed the support of her man throughout the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris and now it’s time to repay the favor as Jonathan Owens competes in the NFL with the Bears, who earned an impressive 35-16 victory on Sunday.
Owens, a safety, helped keep the Floridians away from his own red zone and produced one tackle in the blowout win as Trevor Lawrence struggled to produce anything worthwhile for the Jaguars. And Biles, although she wasn’t in the stands, still celebrated the win by posting, “Bear down baby,” to her Instagram Stories as Biles becomes immersed in Chicago football months after being criticized for wearing Green Bay Packers merch to their preseason contest.
